We come every year to universal studios fright night . We stay in Hollywood / Burbank area. This little hidden jem was just wonderful. Relaxing and Mellon vibe. Good food for breakfast , great coffee. Best of all great bed ❣️🥰

Oasis in Hollywood

A wonderful oasis in the heart of Hollywood. Close to everything you need and the room had all the amenities you could think of. Delicious margaritas served right next to the pool during happy hour.

Run down hotel that looks nice on instagram

Hotel is instagram-friendly and that’s about it. It is filthy if you look around inside and out. Upon checking in, I realized the toilet is so close to the shower that I couldn’t sit down, the bed sheets had hair and dirt on it, the sink was clogged, the shower leaked into the main room, and the shower pump bottles were empty. Additionally, the key cards didn’t work (seemed to be a problem for many) and the surrounding area is terrifying with homeless people lurking outside. I checked out after 2.5 hours and found a nicer hotel.

The hotel is lovely and the lobby and pool and bar looked great. We were both having difficulty walking, and the elevator was very unreliable. Sometimes staff had to go downstairs to send the elevator up. Honestly the door next door to. us squeaked and made a lot of noise and the people were in and out so it was crazy noisy. The beds were great, room was really nice.!

Great boutique hotel!

This was my second stay at this cute boutique hotel. At check-in, received coupons for 2 free cocktails. Great bartender and great drinks! The pool area is cute and relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close to the Hollywood Bowl for our concert. Room was cute, comfortable and very clean. Would stay again.

As someone who travels for business a lot, and I mean a lot, I have a new favorite hotel. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room is comfortable & well appointed. It was quiet, clean & safe. It’s a comfortable hotel, good location. Noticed the hallway carpets need to be refone, very dirty in some areas. Great ambiance. Room was small but comfortable, bed and pillows very comfy, the only negative thing is shower gel container was empty so had to go to the sink which is outside the bathroom to grab hand soap. Other than that it was a good stay.

Our stay was cancelled by hotels.com (0/5 stars for this) I chose the pay-at option and our stay was cancelled. the two guys running the desk were very nonchalant about the inconvenience, so that was annoying. They moved very slowly, they didnt even greet us upon arrival. the inconvenience is one thing but to not greet guests who walk in was just weird customer service.
