Very friendly staff, large room (we may have booked a larger room), only had seating for 1 but they brought us a 2nd chair. Description states laundry facilities available which was why we booked it but there was only (expensive) laundry service and no laundromat nearby. No AC but windows open and there was a fan. The hotel is situated in an excellent location with very good reliable transport links. The staff at de la Rouvenaz were friendly and always accommodating. The rooms were kept to a high cleanliness standard. The attached restaurant offered a good selection on the menu which was very tasty.
