Staff was excellent. I chose this hotel because of the review rating. The room smelled strange, sheets on both beds had yellow stains. Beds had hair balls on them. It was just in general dirty. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. When the neighbor went to the bathroom, we got a hint of urine aroma. Not good. Went be back

For the most part the hotel is nice, reception super nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, not swept or cleaned. Shower was full of hair from previous client, toilet rim stained with pee.

The walls are really thin, and u can hear everything in the rooms from the hallway. They need more help with breakfast, only 1 lady, its too much for her.

The hotel facility is of a low standard. The AC/heating does not work effectively. There are not enough electric outlets. The shower water is small. The desk is too simple. The check-in process was complicated and a 100 peso deposit was required for the TV control. The complimentary breakfast is OK.

Do not stay here

I frequently stay at inexpensive hotels, but this place is terrible. There is a lot of noise from both the traffic outside and guests inside. In my room I could easily hear conversations in the lobby. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The heater didn't work well, and the light on the unit illuminated the entire room. There were no hand or face towels... just two bath towels that were as rough as sand paper. And the worst part: the cleanliness... Even though there was a notice on the toilet that it was sanitized, there was a huge black hair right on top. And look at the photo... I used a towel to wipe the bottom of the shower! Disgusting!

muy bien solo que recepcion debe acatar ordenes de sus clientes se les aviso que mi pareja llegaria mas tarde que daria mi nombre y numero de habiacion para que no hubiera inconveniente mas no fue asi llego mi pareja y no lo dejaban entrar hasta que sali a recibirlo, gracias.

En general muy bien en mi estancia, limpio en mi consideracion necesitas auto por que si queda retirado de el centro pero es excelente para los que van de trabajo. La atencion de recepcion increible! sigan asi, ya que por cuestiones de reparacion habia ruido cerca de mi habitacion y se ofrecieron a cambiarme, pero en nada me afecto GRACIAS

Se entiende que se trata de un hotel 3 estrellas y no se puede esperar demasiado, sin embargo, había algunos bichos en la habitación, el agua se salía del espacio de la regadera y el control de la TV apenas funcionaba. Es importante hacer notar lo alejado del establecimiento y las pocas opciones de transporte. Lo que puedes ahorrar en alojamiento, terminas gastándolo en taxi o transporte de aplicación

Es un hotel sencillo y limpio, solo para dormir. Está lejos del centro y hacen mucho ruido en recepción. Se escuchaba todo. Tienen que llevar agua porque no hay.
