The room was clean and comfortable! The bed was clean and comfortable for sleeping. There was AC. The bathrooms were nice and they provide clean towels. The balcony for my room with hammock/swings was perfect for relaxing! The pool is clean and the breakfast was great. The staff is very helpful! The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk to the beach and cruise port area if you want tourist type things, but it is far away enough that you weren’t in the middle of chaos. There is a grocery store, a perfect coffee shop (Cafe De Isla), and some really great restaurants within like 4 minutes. I will definitely be back to stay at Luna Azul!

My stay at Luna Azul was wonderful! The staff are so helpful and I never had any issues. The pool was lovely and very refreshing. It’s a small quaint little hotel with all diversity of people visiting. The only thing that I could say would need improving if it’s even possible is the Wi-Fi is a little unstable but as long as I went to the lobby, I had full Wi-Fi just not always in my room. And the lobby was steps away from my room, so it was never a big deal. I would highly recommend the Luna Azul for any travelers on a budget. For me, it was very affordable compared to many other places. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean hotel for this price point. Close enough to walk everywhere and away from the crowds. Staff was fert helpful and the breakfast was better than I was expecting. The only downside was a couple of dogs across the street that liked to chat to the passersby.

Cute place. Bed comfortable. Really everything very clean. Breakfast, rated zero. Bite of eggs, cold. Fruit empty. Needed to get coffee cup. Really blah. Noisy, dogs all over neighborhood barked all night. I was on road and traffic was loud. Big, clean room.. pretty grounds, lovely pool. The staff were just wonderful. I'd stay again, not eat breakfast and ear plugs. Overall good place.

The staff is very friendly and very well to help. A little bit far from the ferry, so walking with the luggage in the middle of the heat is horrible. Transportation works well if you travel with car or you just go around with a mototaxi which you can take 1 block from the ferry. Taxi is very expensive

Til pengene et helt udemærket ophold. Vi havde en overnatning, som primært kun var til selve overnatningen og et enkelt bad. Vi benyttede derfor ikke hotellets faciliteter udover værelset. Fine senge og bad, fremstod rent og med de fornødne ting som skal bruges. Der er temmelig lydt, man kan derfor høre hunde, haner der galer mv. fra vejen. AC og wifi fungerede upåklageligt. Indtjekning og udtjekning foregik lynhurtigt uden de store armbevægelser fra personalets side.

Me gusto mucho el trato del staff muy atentos en su servicio, muy bonito el hotel, me gusto el desayuno huevito, fruta, jugo y café, dentro de la recámara muy buen internet para trabajar si es sus caso, las camas cómodas y limpias, secadora de cabello, incluida, su closet muy bueno,lo único lamentable es que solo me quede una noche, pero volvería a hospedarme ahí.
