After a business trip my wife an I needed to book a place of our own. We found this gem and are extremely glad we did. When I return to Nashville I will look to book here first. Very roomy and clean. Will not have the amenities (bar, fitness center, valet, etc.) that you find in a larger hotel chain but we weren't looking for that.

Great stay in Nashville! Jada location is 2 blocks from Broadway, clean, quick ins and outs! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice the studio was. Full kitchen, king bed, price! Made our stay perfect! (Only wish the shower pressure was a little higher). Overall highly recommend!

Great location, quiet but a quick walk downtown. Great decor, extremely comfy bed, great kitchen and living area. Wifi worked great. Common area with coffee and water station super convenient. Parking right across the street. Complaints are that there are no hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletry kids, and that some of the units are semiinterred on the ground floor and have almost NO natural light. I would not want to stay in one of these units again because I need the light. i would have appreciated even knowing that it was a possibility to be in a lightless room.

This place is really awesome! It is a beautiful place in a great location! We booked a one bedroom but were lucky enough to get upgraded to a two bedroom due to some maintenance being done on our original room (Thank you!). Everything about this stay was top notch, from communication with the staff, to virtual check-in, to parking, etc. We were in town for a short stay just to catch a concert at the Ryman. Perfect location for that, as it is only about a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of great restaurants very nearby as well. I have zero complaints about this property, and highly recommend the two bedroom for a family of four (although I'm sure we would have been content with the one bedroom as well). The two bedroom had tons of space and the beds were awesome! Will most certainly keep Kasa Capitol Hill on our short list of great places to stay in downtown Nashville!
