O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, a equipe é treinada e atende com cortesia. Porém, alguns problemas me fizeram baixar a nota, como o chuveiro que nao tinha água morna e a tv que só disponibilizada tv aberta via app, e a Internet travou nas duas noites que fiquei hospedado, e não consegui assistir tv.

Ambiente sem higiene e educação
Experiência ruim. No primeiro instante durante check-in 2 funcionários discutindo em frente a todos ali na recepção, tivemos que aguardar para ser atendidos (até aí sem problemas), porém quando chegou nossa vez a atendente sequer nos chamou e começou a estralar o dedo (igual chamando um bicho). Ao chegar no quarto tudo errado. Porta sem maçaneta, todos os suportes de toalhas soltos quase caindo, porta manchada, toalhas manchadas e roupas de cama com manchas escuras/marrom. O incidente com as toalhas foi pedido a troca porém todos os dias tinha novas toalhas manchadas de novo. Embaixo da cama IMUNDO, provavelmente nao tiram a cama do lugar a meses. Café da manhã ok, nada de encher os olhos. Cama boa. Chuveiro ok porém pelo menos 10 minutos pra deixar numa temperatura boa. Realmente o que fez nossa experiência ser pessima foi a má vontade da equipe, exceto o rapaz alto da noite que foi extremamente atencioso com nós. Fora, claro, a visivel sujeira do quarto e itens de HIGIENE Se eu me hospedo em um hotel o mínimo esperado é educação e higiene do local e principalmente dos itens de higiene.

Vale pelo custo benefício
Hotel novo, quarto e banheiro pequenos, fiquei 3 dias e não foi feito a limpeza ou arramacao do quarto em nenhum dia, ar condicionado tem controle central mas não fica na temperatura que você coloca, colchão bom. Cafe da manhã básico, demora para reposição, sucos da região (não espere suco de laranja), destaque para o omelete feito na hora sob pedido. Dependendo do valor que conseguir a diária e se for só para dormir vale a pena.

Razoável, a limpeza do quarto e banheiro não estavam tão limpos, toalhas bem velhas e encardidas. Toalhas de praia muito boas. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã bem servido e variedades. Localização boa. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é a limpeza, não sei nos outros aptos, mas o que ficamos precisa muito melhorar a limpeza.
