Great stay in Ingolstadt

This is a brand new hotel in Ingolstadt which we visited for one night while going to Ingolstadt village shopping centre. The hotel is very new and comfortable and was perfect for our visit. Parking in the underground garage was convenient, with an elevator in the garage that leads right up to the rooms. The breakfast Buffett was sumptuous. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay in Ingolstadt

Great location in the city centre. Plenty of places of interest in this lovely small city. Many options for eating, drinking and shopping. The hotel has a small pool and gym which I used. The room allocated was very nice, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would stay in the hotel again if returning to Ingolstadt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A bit expensive but it was great. Nice comfortable bed, clean and the little attentions (like haribo and water) make a difference. It's very well located and the staff is friendly. We are already recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Good hotel, very well-maintained

Hotel is pretty new, all no areas were clean and well-maintained. The room was a good size. We particularly liked the changing colour lights in the shower (disco-shower!). The pool is small, but has an endless pool feature so could do a good swim. Negative was that the bar is lovely but quite expensive, we had a cocktail in there one evening, but chose to drink elsewhere the other nights due to the price.

Brand new hotel with convenient location

We booked family suite for a one night stay. All the facilities are in top notch condition! Breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. Clean pool and wellness facilities. Two items for improvement: this is a spa hotel, so having to separately ask for bathrobe and slippers is odd. Furthermore, the cocktail selection in the piano bar was very limited, and the staff did not want to make anything out of the list (strange as there is a full stocked bar with all possible spirits). Apart from the two points, amazing stay. Parking reasonably priced with direct access to hotel.

A very nice property and the staff were excellent. There is a fair bit of construction work going on close by but this never bothered me in the slightest. There were a couple of events going on in the convention centre, during my stay, and this lead to the restaurants and hotel bar being closed to guests throughout. For eating options you had to travel into the town, which was a minor gripe. On the plus side this took me out of my comfort zone and forced me to inflict my very poor German on the locals leading to a great many funny moments, their English on the other hand was excellent and they did appreciate my efforts no matter how bad it was. In short a great hotel with excellent staff and I would definitely stay here again.

Anfänglich wurde mir ein Zimmer gegeben, mit dem ich nicht einverstanden war. Es war ein Zimmer für Menschen mit Behinderung. Ich parke nie aus Respekt auf Parkplätze, die für Menschen mit Behinderung eingerichtet sind, so möchte ich immer, dass auch Räume für behinderte Menschen verfügbar sind. Leider ist es aber auch so, dass dieses Zimmer nicht die Vorzüge eines Zimmers hat, welche für Menschen ohne Behinderung zur Verfügung stehen. Auch hier sollte eine gewisse Aussicht gegeben sein. Zudem war und ist dieses Zimmer viel zu dunkel. Letztlich gab man mir ein anders Zimmer.
