The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was easy to use and shampoo was provided. The buffet breakfast was included and it was very helpful since we had busy mornings. The location was great, it was a 10-25 minute walk from all the major attractions in my opinion. A 6 minute walk away from one of the famous blue tile churches, which is a great place to take photos. Overall it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again if I came to Porto.

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine but nothing great. It also was not varied much day-to-day. The AC didn't work great and kind of worked as it wanted to. The bathrooms were nice and the shower was good. The hotel is in a good area but be prepared for walking steep hills if you're not in a car. Overall it's a fine stay. Nothing stellar but not bad.

We stayed here because the Casual hotel in Cadiz Spain was amazing. But here, several little things did not work: the light above the bed, the hand held shower mode button, the tv. And the morning we left, the toilet seat fell off. And the bed squeaked every time you moved. Little things granted, but they add up. Liked the location,
