Amazing location, we walked and took Ubers downtown. $10 Uber or 25 min walk. Great night life around hotel, beautiful place with comfortable beds and very easy check in and check out. Free parking!

We enjoyed having enough space for our family, the good showers, and the cleanliness. The area was perfect for making trips to Broadway. We could have used more cooking pans and utensils. Also, the couch and chairs could use an update. Overall we had a really great time here!

Apartment is awesome, parking is REALLY tight and only one spot per rental. Also the homeless people were a constant bother, asking for money. Other than that it was great. Would definitely rent again.

The property had everything we needed on hand. When I had a question I used the app chat feature and was promptly responded to. When I needed extra towels, I had a bag of towels delivered within 12 hours at my door. The room was beautiful with all the amenities of home. For sure using this same location the next time we are in Nashville.

The location was pretty good, not near the strip but close to good food and quiet. The door to one of the bedrooms was comming off the hing, the sink was wiggling on the wall, the deadbolt on entry door didnt work, the patio slider didnt lock, and the sheets were stained. The layout was good and the intentions were good, but the maintenance was lacking. Unable to load photos in the app.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Located in a convenient location. The walls & floors not well insulated. We could hear footsteps and people talking from floor above us and talking in the hallway was like people were in next room. Also the toilet should have a lid.

The location and self-check are great; however, the apartment was not thoroughly clean. I found a pillowcase on a pillow on the bed with a blood stain, hair in the basin and on walls in the shower, and a used facemask and towel in the closet. There was a car parked in front of one of the exits and the outer doors were not secured (propped open). Overall, it was still a positive experience. Thank you.

This place was AWFUL. One of this dishwashers was disgusting and smelled really bad. Our 1st night there we had the most noisiest people above and around us due to partying. Altho it states everywhere on and in the property there are to be no parties. Our view was a brick wall and we had a very very small patio. The internet sucked, had to use our hotspot and worst of all there was only 1 television for the whole apartment. Its not worth the money to stay 1 night.
