Beautiful beyond belief.

Had a lovely few days at this hotel, the room was clean & spacious overlooking the pedestrianised old town street. Can’t say what the breakfast was like as we ate out. Unfortunately we arrived when the road was closed to drop our bags from the car, but we were directed to the underground car park just across the road & parked there. The views & general vibe of Annecy is beautiful, the people were very friendly. My only regret was not swimming in the lake. We loved our time here & will return. Thank you Hotel du Palais de L’Isle staff.

Stayed here for a night before my flight to Nice. I loved that free breakfast came with my booking and it was delicious. I wasn’t too happy about the “luggage storage” being in the reception area where breakfast is served but my belongings were fine. My room was clean and I had a stunning view of the canal. Would stay here again!

We had a room with a view of the rooftops and a little strip. It was lovely. Separate bathroom from shower was nice. The staff were helpful and they served an excellent breakfast with specialty coffees. Took care of my dietary needs (gluten and dairy intolerant) It was close to everything. Annecy is a fairytale come true, and this centrally located little gem puts you in the middle of everything. Helpful front desk, lovely room, great tub for a soak at the end of the day. Loved our time here.

Super great location in Olde Town! Rooms are small, but come on....are you really there to stay hang out in a hotel room? Nope. The room had all that you would need (except no washclothes...we brought our own because of past experience in France). The bed, pillow, and comforter (no top sheet as in most hotels in this region of Europe) were very comfortable! We are each meal at a different cafe in Olde Town...a must! The morning market came alive our first morning transforming the streets completely. Very cool! If we return to Annecy, we will definitely be staying here again!
