Really nice modern hotel . Staff were really helpful and friendly . Mainly German area -( in the German version of Magaluf apparently ) We were 40 somethings and it was no problem at all. No drunks , no shouting fighting ect. Holiday was silent at night.

The property was excellent. I stayed in a swim-up room and made an excellent choice. The property was spotless and all areas well kept. The staff were attentive and polite at all times. Unfortunately the hotel is in the wrong area for me, my fault as I didn't research. S'Arenal is to Germany as Magaluf is to England.

hotel was nicely located. breakfast was good. not in line with what I would expect from a 4 star hotels. the thing that bothered me the most was the shower. everytime we took a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded.

The food was disgusting. A majority of the staff were very rude and not accommodating. Had to battle with them just to get the basics! They charge €3 for a bucket of ice… yes ice. The property itself was clean and in a good location but the poor customer service and food was a let down.

Modern , minimalist and comfortable hotel w/ all commodities for a good stay . Would stay here again but would not recommend a long stay as the area where it’s located is very crowded and made for German tourists mainly. Stayed for 5 nights on half board regime , lovely breakfast w/ good variety everyday just would improve the range for brunch such as more salads and pasta options as breakfast is from 8am-13 ;also would not recommend to have dinner included as same is a la cart and can be very restricted at times . It Would definitely be nicer if the hotel was not so “German tourist “oriented and more all nationalities instead. Lovely spa and outside pool , comfortable beds and nice rooms w / pool and see view in our case . Bar menu could also be improved, more choice needed .

Beautiful property, we particularly appreciated the cleanliness as well as the late check out by mid-day. Entry doors to each room are very noisy and they close with a large bang that borderline makes the walls tremble. The rooms have zero noise isolation, so do consider that before booking you vacation with this hotel. The whole complex is really nice, but once you get outside of the hotel complex you encounter drunken and noisy people everywhere. So from my personal perspective, although I like the hotel, the surroundings are horrible and therefor I will never return here.

Für uns kein Paradiso! Die sehr guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Abendessen mit 3 Gängen für uns ein Witz und auch das Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Sind zum 65 mal auf der Insel und haben schon viele Hotels ausprobiert, für uns kein Wiederhohlungspotenzial.

Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr freundlich. Wir mussten eine Kaution von 100€ für die Minibar hinterlegen und hätten diese fast nicht wieder zurück bekommen, da wir eine Quittung erst nicht gefunden haben. Der Pool war für die Jahreszeit viel zu kalt. Das Hotel war ansich sehr schön und gepflegt und das Essen top.

Leider mehr Schein, als Sein. Sehr laute Musik am Pool und sehr eintönig. Einen Platz am Pool zu ergattern ist schier unmöglich. Schon vor Öffnung des Pools bildet sich eine Schlange vor der Absperrung. Viel zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten für die Größe des Pools. Ansonsten gute Lage zum Strand und Megapark.
