Overall good stay. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, and the area feels very safe, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. Unfortunately, the room's thermostat was set to a fixed temperature and couldn’t be adjusted. I was cold throughout the entire stay, and since returning home, I’ve been sick for over a week.
The room itself was extremely small—just enough space to squeeze past the bed to reach the bathroom and the door. While that might be expected in a central location like this, it’s worth noting.
We requested no housekeeping after the first night but had the room cleaned after the second. When that happened, the complimentary bottled water wasn’t replenished—we only received the two bottles on the first night. Also, the bathroom’s sanitary kits were taken away (I opened one to see what was inside - items like the makeup remover or Q-tips, but never opened the second one), even though we hadn’t used them, they weren’t replaced when we needed them. On top of that, the hair dryer didn’t work at all, which made the room temperature feel so much lower.
If you’re okay with those inconveniences, then the hotel is still a solid choice for its location and safety. But if those details matter to you, it’s something to keep in mind.
