Great, beautiful hotel. Courteous and pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is located directly next to Liseberg amusement park and is within walking distance you pretty much all of the shopping and restaurants you could want. Public transportation is just a few steps away as well

Beautiful hotel with a nice theme! Kind of "old luxury" theme. Nice and big room, very comfy beds, clean, friendly staff, beautiful and cool interior and decorations. And of course just by the entrance of Liseberg theme park. Perfect hotel for both families with kids but also for a group of friends (as we were). The breakfast was also great with a big variety. The only thing I'd complain about is that when we've booked a big room with 5 beds, there should also be 5 glasses and 5 coffee mugs, 5 pouches of hot chocolate,  coffe etc. Not just 2 of each. But all in all very happy with the stay and would definitely stay here again!

Flott hotell ved inngangen til Liseberg. Hyggelig personale og en drøm for barn. Rene og store rom! Frokosten skuffet litt med altfor mye folk og varierende kvalitet. I tillegg begynner personalet å rydde bort en halvtime før buffeten stenger, skuffende.

Rent & fräscht. Tyst rum, sköna sängar. Stort o bra badrum med avställningsyta vilket jag ofta saknar på hotell. Fantastisk frukost där inget tar slut trots MÅNGA gäster en söndagsmorgon strax innan jul. Det ENDA som störde mig lite var för hög musik i hissen på morgonen vilket var lite jobbigt när man var nyvaken😆.

Frukosten var mycket bra men väldigt mycket folk samtidigt och svårt att få ett bord. Hög ljudvolym och lite stressigt då många bord ligger direkt vid köerna till maten. I stort är det ett bra hotell för barnfamiljer som ska till Liseberg. Väljer nog inte det om jag skulle åkt med frun enbart.

Veldig dumt at ikke det blir byttet håndklær og tatt ut søppel under oppholdet. En av grunnene til at vi reiste tilbake i år igjen, var pga den gode maten. Buffer maten. I år valgte dere å ha ala carte. Dette besto av tre valg. Ingenting man kunne tenke seg som en barnefamilie. Dette er for dårlig. Kommer ikke tilbake.

Frukosten var lite smaklös, kaotiskt med så mycket folk. Lekrummen var ganska tråkiga och simpla. För att beställa dryck i baren fick man stå i hela lång kön till cafet om och om igen trots att man redan var sittande gäst som redan beställt. Fint o fresht hotell men måste jobbas på frukosten och servicen. Kändes rörigt och stimmigt.
