The beds didn't have blankets , the sofa bed didn't have a set to be able to use it. We had a very cold, terrible night

The hotel asked us to leave the evening before we were about to check out. They said that housekeeping had taken videos of the room showing our belongings in the floor. This was at 11pm when we arrived back to the hotel for the night with our children. There were belongings on the floor as we had gotten ready and rushed out early. We did not have any feedback from the hotel prior to arriving back that night being asked to leave.

Pretty simple. My wife pulled up to the property and said, oh, this ought to be interesting. The worst hotel in the entire area by far. I didn't go into many others but I did pick a cheaper. The price for this particular hotel. Then boy did I pay for it. Do not stay here even if you're trying to save a little bit of money, it's not worth it. Everything is dirty, outdated.Old carpet rolls are in the hallways and so on.

Was very disappointed. Door to room 104 didn’t open correctly to start, two phones neither hooked up. No microwave. Couch had multiple stains, mattress protector dirty and no linens for sofa bed. Buffet breakfast was very good

2/10 Poor

The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. There was rust in the closet, fan, and anything metal within the room. The old carpet and new carpet were varied throughout the hallway, and the old carpet had bleach stains on it, particularly near the door to the room. The tile in the kitchen of the room had footprints of dirt on it when we walked in. The lobby was the only renovated part and was not complete. But the rest of the hotel did not look nice at all, we didn't even want to take our shoes off on the carpet in the room.

I didn’t like the breakfast bracelet idea I didn’t like the worker staring at me and I definitely didn’t like being locked out at pool for over a hour because my key card wouldn’t work .but other than that the hotel is great it’s very under construction but wasn’t loud or annoying

Great location! Good breakfast options. I understood at time of booking that hotel was under renovation. Only seen workers on the weekday of our stay. Our room was not a renovated room but was clean. Only complaint is no shelf or rack in shower for soap/shampoo and lack of hot water in shower. It seemed as the shower dial was set only to go as far as a lukewarm setting.

Lobby bathrooms out of service, got locked out by pool - couldn’t get back in with key, one very small trash can in 2 room suite, price not worth it

A very disappointing experience.

While we understand the hotel is under renovation, not having enough bagels or tea bags is not acceptable. Coffee had grains floating in it, no bacon or sausage was replaced once taken by other guests. I had to ask even for extra toasts, it never happened to me before. Over all selection is poor. The reason we chose this hotel is their breakfast option. We ended up leaving hungry to eat in a Waffle House. Rooms had bad odor, bathrooms dirty and smelly. We are very easy going and always chose 3 star hotels but this was very disappointing.

It is being remodeled so it looks like it is going to be nice. They greeted you. The breakfast was decent and enough tables but they made you wear an uncomfortable plastic bracelet to eat breakfast, never had to do that at a regular hotel. It was a struggle for enough towels everyday, only 2 bath and 1 washcloth supplied was not enough for four people and one was not family. There was a sofabed bed in a separate room which was really nice. It was important to us to get a hotel w shuttle but they say theres a shuttle but its only drops off at one park and an hour after you need to be there so we paid $30 a day to park instead so that was a huge disappointment

The bathroom door wouldn’t close. Apparently our mattress was new, but someone put a sheet over the plastic on the “new” mattress. It crinkled every time we turned. Kept us up all night. The elevator didn’t work. The bathrooms by the pool were out of order. The pool was ICE cold. The shower was ICE cold. We could not get into the building from the pool. It was not a good experience overall.

Stay elsewhere

Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews before booking my stay. The hotel is currently under renovation, with large boxes stacked in the hallways. The rooms have taped crossings on the doors and hand-written signs saying “No beds,” among other issues. On the first night, we found a roach in our room. The phone and alarm clock didn’t work. The bedroom lighting was insufficient, with only a desk lamp and two small nightstand lights. Additionally, they had no extra soap bars—only the one that was already in the room when we arrived. They had run out of soap and gave us shower gel instead. On the second night, the guests in the room above us were stomping and moving furniture around all night. Since the phone in our room didn’t work, I had to call the hotel on my cellphone, but no one answered. After repeated attempts, I finally got through at 4:00 a.m. I reported the issue, and they said they would monitor the situation and notify the manager. The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who said he could practically do nothing about the noise and had not been informed about the incident by the late-night staff member I spoke with. This shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. We were traveling with a child and visiting the parks, so we couldn’t waste time finding another hotel, checking out, and checking into a new one—that’s why we stayed the second night. We asked for a full refund but were only given a partial one.

We are being kind with 2 stars, but the front desk people were the reason for this. Yes, we were warned like the day before about their construction they’re doing. It smelled like mold in the hallways which is probably why they’re fixing it up. I would say a half-a** job tho. Management needs help in customer service and leadership and hospitality. It always starts at the top so they better figure that out to have more guests come back. The hot water took 20 mins to heat up. They didn’t vacuum our floors. They only have sheets no comforter unless you ask for it. So ask for it cuz who sleeps under just one sheet, so ridiculous. Breakfast is trash continental and no water is provided. Let’s just say, we are thankful to have had a bed to sleep in but will not be returning here. Hope they fix it up and get it refreshed and new.

Horrible stay. Putting aside they are under renovations, the rooms are ancient, in desperate need of upgrading. Thank goodness I was there for a 1 night stay. Would not able to endure longer than that. No bedding. Left us a thin sheet & the oldest “blankets” in a closet I was scared to use. The room was freezing. Tried to adjust temperature didn’t work, even tried to close air conditioning & AC continued to run all night. Toilet made noise entire night, kept me up how loud it was. Sink/mirror area had no lighting!!! Had to blow dry hair in the dark. This hotel is seriously lacking. Needs more than just renovations! Definitely would not return. Definitely would not recommend. Buyer beware. So many nicer hotels in the vicinity, you can do better than this place!

Not Ready for Guests Yet.

We didn’t find out about this hotel being under construction until AFTER I booked. This place is huge, with an elevator at each end. Our room was on one end but the same-end elevator was broken - it wouldn’t come when called to the 1st floor where the lobby is. We walked to the elevator on the opposite side and took it to the he second floor then walked across the whole floor to the elevator at the opposite end, and we took the 2nd elevator to our floor. The second floor is hazardous with construction, crowded, and filthy… no hotel guest should be instructed to walk there. Our own floor was also dirty with drywall dust, the elevator was a mess, and the hallway is cosmetically ugly while awaiting the renovation. The actual suite is spacious and well laid out, but kitchen was empty, TVs tiny, the bedroom doesn’t blacken out, and the vanity area has NO LIGHT. Beds need real blankets, a comforter or duvet cover, not that cheap thing left in the closet. We were cold! This hotel Should NOT be charging full price until things are fixed.
Why offer a kitchen with nothing in it?
Rushed to the hotel before the concert so I could do my face and hair only to find there was no light.
Televisions are so small…
Filthy and looks like a crime scene prop.

Avoid for Now – A Messy Construction Zone with Cheap Renovations This hotel is in the middle of renovations, and it’s an absolute mess. Construction materials are scattered everywhere, and nothing seems to be properly organized. They claim to have renovated rooms, but it’s clear they’re cutting corners. My room looked newly updated, but everything felt cheap and poorly done. Worse, the entire room reeked of fresh paint, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The elevator was out of service, forcing guests to take the stairs, which was a major inconvenience. On top of that, the bathroom water never got truly hot—just stayed lukewarm, making showers unpleasant. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, but that’s not enough to make up for the chaos. Until renovations are properly completed and these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s just not worth the hassle.
