Only wish there were king beds on the upper floors. But other than that, we have no complaints. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend and if we come back to Houston for business, this is where we will stay.

Had an early appointment in the Med Center. Excellent location convenient to MD Anderson. Easy paid parking. Nice bar. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool nor breakfast.

Hotel is very nice! Really liked that they have a restaurant and bar open till 11:00 pm. Clean room snd comfortable bed. AC worked well. Coffee maker and fridge in room but no microwave. Check out was noon instead of 11 like alot of hotels which worked better for us. Will stay there again!

The building is clean and new and beds are comfortable. But by far the best part of our stay was every single team member we crossed paths with. They really express hospitality. Plus the restaurant food was delicious. This will be my choice anytime I’m in the area.

In Houston for medical reasons. Hotel easy to get to from Smith tower. Easy check in,modern,clean and beautiful. Breakfast is super as discribed in website. Coffee delicious. Beds comfortable rooms laid out nicely. Would absolutely repeat staying here if needed in the future.

Safe Haven

The visit was to deal with devastating health issues. MD Anderson was massive but the hotel shuttle made getting around easy. The staff at the Hyatt was great. The room , restaurant Breakfast, all the grounds were great. Thank you for caring.
