This hotel has been sucking on the name of Gaudi for the last 100 years and obviously made a fortune out of it … yes there was a Gaudi trial utility building next door with visitors all the time, but for the price of 209 euro per night, you expect more than what this is! This hotel is quaint with much of the interior reflecting Gaudi's work. The rooftop terrace was amazing and the quad room was perfect for my family of 4. We didn't require any service and didn't eat in the hotel so can't speak to that part, but would stay here again!

Hotel Gaudí is convenient for exploring the old section of Barcelona. The room we had was spacious, but could have used more seating. Beds were comfortable. The hotel staff let us store our luggage in the morning when we arrived and then check in later. The elevators are tiny. Only two of could fit with our suitcases. The stairwells do not seem to be air conditioned so it was warm when using the stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is an excellent central hotel in Barcelona. It is an easy walk to Ramblas, La Boqueria and the whole gothic quarter. It has a lovely deck that looks over the Palau Guell. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have terraces with views over the city. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Barcelona. It is a great value.
