Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. There's a small free car park at the back of the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and offer suitable storage. Excellent location within a short walking distance to the restaurants and bars of the centre of town without the noise. Only draw back is that you can hear your neighbours as there's no noise insulation.

Although the decor of the rooms would be considered "dated" the rooms were very clean and the public areas especially the breakfast area was lovely. The breakfast room overlooks the lake and has a fantastic selection for the breakfast. Lovely little hotel.

I initially thought it was a little pricey for a 3 star but the staff were warm and caring, the breakfast was excellent, the location superb, and the rooms were well set up despite being a little on the small side. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as beaches and promenade/shopping. We had 2 rooms for our family of 5 with views overlooking the water which was stunning. I would stay there again.
