Good hotel in great location! Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating - helped with taxis and recommendations. Only small issues were crib was an over used pack n play that didn’t seem the sturdiest so we opted not to use it and heavy rains caused the drain in the shower to back up but breakfast was good and couldn’t beat the location.

Hotel was amazing. All the Hotel employees were very friendly, courteous & helpful. Room was clean & well maintained. Breakfast was good. I rarely find beds in hotels good. I like my bed mattress on the firm side and it hit the mark here. We really had a great time!!! The location of hotel is fantastic, next to the Duomo and within 0.5-1 km of every major tourist attraction.

Very pleased with our stay here. It’s family owned, and the owner and staff are always pleasant and helpful. The location couldn't be better-a small walk away from all the major attractions.
