Great room. Convenient to several eating option in the hotel and locally. The walk to the falls was short and enjoyable. We came in off season so a lot of shopping and food were unavailable to us but imagine in prime season the town is amazing!

Our room was very spacious and one of the cleanest, well maintained hotel rooms I have been in. The casino was nice, not too big not too small. This is a short walk into Canada. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfortable bed with not bad view of niagara falls. We liked that pool/hot tub area had a time for adults only. One of the hot tubs was a bit dirty. Sauna and steam rooms are not part of hotel, but can only be accessed by spa patrons.

Terrible attitude from shift manager when complaining about leaking bath to floor below which resulted in earlier than planned checkout. Obviously the bodged pipework was the guest's fault@
