Had a nice stay - twice. One night before visiting Niagra Canada and another night on the return trip. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean - had an issue with a cabinet door falling off upon opening it. Spoke to housekeeping about it when leaving and it was reported immediately. Great location and a short walk to the falls. Would recommend and will stay again if we go back to Niagra Falls.

We had a great experience in our King corner suite. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only negative were the pillows. They were so soft and flat as pancakes. Definitely recommend some firm pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

The hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, good customer service, and easy to navigate. The casino is fine, though the smoke from the "smoking section' wafts all throughout and even gets into the hotel hallways which wasn't great. The restaurants are a massive letdown. They close early for a 24 hour casino, the staff at the burger place, the front restaurant, and pizza place were all very unfriendly. And the food sucks!! DO NOT EAT at the casino, go out, order in... anything else.

We checked in quickly. Text offering online check in didnt work. Room was clean when we arrived. We had to ask for coffee, tea, clean towels and toiletries for more than one day. Room never received a cleaning during our stay. Check out was flawless. View from room was supposed to be a fallsview, which it was, but all that could be seen was a cloud of mist from the falls.
