Not a good stay
I settled with booking this location because of where it was located and the reviews on Hotels.com were decent. But as soon as we checked in, it was obvious that it was a mistake to choose this hotel. The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms smelled like the sewer backed up and there were bugs coming into the room everyday. Extra towels to be charged, there was no restaurant onsite, parking was hard to maneuver and front desk hours were limited. Please don't stay here. The owners really need to update the rooms and building.

The hotel was overall good. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable . The air conditioner was super cold, but you can adjust the temperature. Coffee maker (in-room) is instant coffee. Has a nice refrigerator and freezer. Microwave worked well. Toiletries and bottled water provided

The hotel lobby looked very inviting. The room was a good size but looked very bare. Even a live plant in one corner would have been an excellent addition. One important thing to note would be to pre-order any meals as they are brought in from outside restaurants.

For a 3-day vacation, this hotel did the job. Overall, my experience was positive and the rooms were nice. However, over the 3 nights I was there, my room was not serviced once. Moreover, when I checked in around 3 AM and I called the on-call number, no one answered. Thank God there was the security guard who was able to help me out. However, considering the Saipan heat, the A/C was blasting, which was awesome.
