Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

Cheguei no hotel, já me impressionei com a localização muito boa. Mas dentro do hotel já começou… Atendimento horrível logo de cara, passamos mais de 45 minutos na recepção só pra liberarem a entrada. Chegando no quarto, que era pra tá limpo. O quarto só a poeira, chão cheio de terra… Eu nunca vi tanta BARATA na minha vida como nesse hotel!!! Imundice terrível. A noite ainda fui com minha esposa na cozinha pra esquentar água pra minha filha tomar um leite, a cozinha imunda e uma funcionária super mal educada que nos tratou super mal falando que a gente tinha invadido a cozinha sem permissão. Mas enfim. Vou resumir porque se eu for falar o tanto de defeito desse hotel vai sair um texto enorme daqui. Resumindo, o hotel é a pura imundice, horrível, sem conforto nenhum pra descansar, limpeza terrível, a funcionária estava simplesmente lavando o pano de chão sujo na pia do banheiro onde os hóspedes escovam os dentes!!! Um absurdo. Se a defesa civil bater, tenho certeza que fecham as portas!

Local pessimo…creio que quando eles veem que a pessoa alugou por site de hotéis….eles colocam as pessoas nos piores quartos…como se fosse uma punição para quem alugou…não tinha box o banheiro, não tinha lixeiro, não tinha toalhas suficientes, não tinha local para estender as roupas molhadas e toalhas nos banheiro. E tudo que pedíamos, éramos tratados com certa raiva
