Enrique, 10-night trip

6/10 Good

Dated, needs new lobby furniture

I was supposed to stay here on Monday 4-13-25, but it was so chaotic. Also very dated and dirty furniture in lobby, I really didn't want to go and see the room. Seemed dangerous with so many people coming and going with no visible security
Elizabeth, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was amazing! Welcoming and helpful. The beds need to be updated tho. They are clean but the mattress is hard.
KARINA, 2-night trip

Mayra, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

great location. would pick a larger room next time that is NOT on the street. Pretty noisy.
Lola, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

For the age (established in 1610) this is a fantastic stay and right next to the main plaza in downtown Guadalajara!
Geneva, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Property is very old but that’s part of its charm. Not sure I liked the fact that we didn’t have a window in our room. A window could be needed for emergencies and to let in fresh air. Room was stuffy
betty, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Super location
Josefina, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was very special because it was recommended by a very special friend of mine. I was very happy that I stayed there, the bellmen were very helpful and nice.
David, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really liked the property, beautiful building, in a great area.
David, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The water and electricity cut off on the middle of the night around 9pm and didn’t turn on until 2am luckily we needed to go to sleep to catch a flight. The staff is very accommodating The only elevator doesn’t work and the 3rd floor is very loud with AC noises and cathedral bells every hour. This is the oldest hotel in Guadalajara and it shows.
Nancy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I really enjoyed it even thought it’s an old hotel but yet it’s charmed is worth it.
Lourdes, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Playing on the 'rustic' setting only goes so far crappy internet, lobby light's are out in the morning. Wouldn't recommend.

Soledad, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The front staff where very friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for your car well before your ready to leave it takes about a half hour to get your car..I had room 308 on the penthouse floor it was goo, except for what appeared to be black mold on the cieling all along the one side. The shower floor was not to clean and the drain is plugged. The view on the ph floor is great facing the cathedral. All and all it is a decent stay. Beds and pillows are harder than I like. Location is a 10 however.
Howard, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Great location (Centro) well, it is the oldest hotel in the city and built in 1600’s. Hard beds, bad Wi-Fi, remotes for TV & Air 2 ft from the wall😛 No heating, lots of noise in the evening. Till 10 or 11pm No early siestas 😝 2 of the 3 nights events in the lobby. No refrigerator. For takeouts. But inexpensive. (Under$50) Just my point of view Platinum member (Expedia)
Abel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nostalgic, beauty.

Hotel is outdated, poor lighting, but over all it takes back in time.
Miguel, 1-night trip
