Interesting & well-appointed interiors are welcoming even if reception staff aren’t as friendly as they could be, while bellmen are very good at welcoming guests.
We had an “accessible” room which may be why it was so spacious and lacked some basics like luggage stands or other places to splay open bags. The bathroom, regardless of guest type (occupying a wheelchair or otherwise), lacked a counter or alternate place for toiletries & the toilet continued to run after flushing, but overall the kitchenette was functional (w/sink, fridge microwave & coffee machine), contributing convenience for longer stays.
Great location, comparatively less expensive than area hotels with a great lobby bar (and awesome bartender, George), a really good restaurant that offers inviting indoor & outdoor dining spaces.
