The room and especially the bathroom did not match the description. With the exception of the bed, there was a severe lack of cleanliness. In the bathroom there was no shower cubicle as shown but a too short and dirty shower curtain. There was a dirty toothbrush mug, which was replaced by an equally dirty one after a complaint. In addition, food that I had left in the room was stolen. The only positive thing was the friendly staff at reception.

Wir nutzten das Hotel für die Einschiffung auf die MSC Euribia. Für eine Nacht war es okay.Vom Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mitten in der Stadt. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, schön groß - aber: durch die großen Fenster war es im Raum extrem warm (es gibt keine Klimaanlage). Außerdem gibt es nur eine Sitzgelegenheit (Stuhl). Beim Badezimmer hat man sich da Renovieren gespart: Es wurden lediglich das Waschbecken, die Armaturen und Handtuchhalter ausgetauscht, das alte, in die Jahr gekommene, schäbige, verlotterte Duschbecken wurde behalten. Wir haben uns gegraust die Dusche zu benutzen.

Leider gibt es zu diesem Hotel, ausser dem Frühstück, nichts Gutes zu berichten. Wir hatten ein Comfortzimmer im 8. Stock mit Blick auf den Hafen. Das Zimmar war zwar groß aber sehr einfach und mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten eingerichtet. Zudem mussten wir als erstes den Kleiderschrank innen entstauben, um unsere Sachen darein legen zu können. Es scheint alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Alle Fensterscheiben waren dreckig. Im Speisesaal die Jalousien alt und komplett verstaubt. Das Schlimmste war die Hitze und die Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Bei etwa 20 Grad Außentemperatur war es im Zimmer gefühlt 40 Grad. Dabei gibts dort keine Klimaanlage und nicht mal einen Ventilator. Auch die einfachen Vorhänge haben keinerlei Abkühlung bringen können. Wir haben jemanden im Fahrstuh getroffen, der deshalb bereits nach einer Nacht ausgecheckt hat. Ich möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie heiß es dort wäre, wenn wir draußen 30 Grad hätten. Das grenzt schon an Körperverletzung. Zudem konnte man aus allen Richtungen im Haus Geräusche wahrnehmen, als ob alle anderen in unserem Zimmer wären. Wir haben uns noch nie gefreut, ein Zimmer so schnell wie möglich zu verlassen, um auszuchecken. Dieses Hotel ist leider überhauptnicht empfehlenswert und das Geld auch nicht wert. Das einzig gute ist die zentrale Lage.

Man sollte das Haus abreißen, innen wie außen eine Zumutung. Bilder, die ich gesehen hatte waren weit weg von der Realität. Nur der Empfang hat mit Freundlichkeit überzeugt.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht für 2 Nächte, doch wohlgefühlt habe ich mich überhaupt nicht. Zimmer und Bad waren oberflächlich gereinigt. Über Jahrzehnte entstandene Abnutzungs - und Gebrauchsspuren wirken halt nicht einladend, vor allem wenn diese gar nicht oder schlecht behoben sind. Nun ja, die vielen anderen Bewertungen sprechen für sich. Dem ist nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Personal war mir gegenüber freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Det er et rigtig godt hotel til prisen. Det ligger godt i forhold til centrum og shopping. Der er desværre meget lyt og selvom vi boede på 9 etage og havde lukkede vinduerne kunne vi høre alt der foregik på gaden. Der er rent og dejlige store værelser
