Nice little hotel. Not much experience in the hotel industry since it is very new. Tepoztlán is dead during the week which means less staff. Hotel hostess did everything from front desk, to take things to the room and almost park the car. Need to work on that during the week. Weekends a lot mor staff.

Nice Hotel, most of the things are in a good shape. But in our room the mosquitos net were damaged. So we had much mosquitos in the room. Sadly there is no A/C in the room. In our time it was super hot in the room. Combined with the mosquitos was not the best nights we had. But overall the staff and the hotel is still a nice Hotel to stay. The staff really take care about your wishes.

We specifically chose this hotel over other options because of the outdoor jacuzzi and private patio. When we arrived we asked if the jacuzzi was working and we were assured yes. After an hour and 10 min wait and several calls to the front desk, we were told that that jacuzzi was not working and we could be moved to another room which meant we missed the sunset and could only enjoy the jacuzzi for one hour. The jacuzzi was finally turned on - smelled like bleach and was luke warm.
