Just what we needed!
The stay was exactly what was needed. The room had a stove, a desk area, a kitchen table, a full fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable.

If you are ever planning a family vacation I would suggest bringing your family , pets and family to metro Scottsdale apartments. Every residence there is friendly and warm welcoming. And if you are at the front you will be pleased to meet Ryan and iczel as they will make you feel at home

Ok stay
We didn't realize there was a whole process of filling out a form online prior to checking in and we arrived really late at night. But it is very fast and as long as you read everything carefully and fill out everything carefully, it should be no problem. We got our code to enter immediately. The condition of the property was ok. We got a good night's rest and that was the most important thing. I had to go out and buy pans to make eggs and other kitchen tools. For the quality, I think it was overpriced. But like I said, we got a good night's rest.

Do not stay here, pictures are old & NOT accurate
The 2 bedroom was in terrible condition. The pictures on the internet are NOT accurate. The entire place was filthy dirty, towels had hair on them, shower curtains had hair on them. Floor has never been cleaned. The couch was falling apart and stained and dirty. Beds old. They are trying to fix it up but kitchen and living need help. Hallway smells terrible Do not stay here not worth the money at all Only good thing is the location.

The apartment we were given for our two weeks day was in poor condition. Screens were laying on the floor below us. Windows didn't open in the living room. Window in the bedroom came loose frame and all. The smell was overpowering. I don't know what that smell was! I have never smelled anything like it before

Perfect for our needs!
This property was perfect for our needs. The location is great with easy access to plenty of shopping, restaurants and things to do. The suite was well appointed with a comfortable king bed, full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop and dishes/cooking utensils. Checkin and out was easy and convenient. Communication when we had a couple of minor issues was very quick and resolved right away. Clean and well priced also. Would definitely stay again!

The couch was broken (sagged massively), the dishwasher and kitchen sink were clogged, the bed mattress was very worn and the spring mattress sank too much. The windows are heavy and do not stay open. Good amount of towels and cold a/c.
