This place exceeded my expectations. It is well equipped with everything a person may need eg: shampoo, conditioner, trial size laundry detergent, dish detergents, pots pans, eating itensils, and even a mixing bowl that was greatly needed to make my grandchildren a cake. The bed is super comfy...just loved it. I chose Global Suites to rest and relax and I was able to do just that! I will defefinitwly book again....

Loved the apartment- everything was very clean, good amenities, beds were comfortable, and location was perfect for our business needs. Very reasonably priced for the quality, especially compared to neighboring hotels. Concierge was friendly and helpful as well. Cohabitating with my family of four in the spacious two- apartment proved to be an ideal living arrangement. We had a wonderful stay at Global Suites. The rooms were clean, the kitchen had supplies for cooking and even had good instructions for tv, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. We requested a new coffee machine and Bushra and her staff responded immediately with a new coffee maker. The service Bushra and her staff provided was excellent and made our stay relaxing and worry free. The mattresses were comfortable and the linens supplied were clean and good quality. I will definitely recommend this property to my family members who are planning a trip here in March. I rate this facility a 5.0 out of 5.0. We’re looking forward to our next visit and will definitely rebook at this facility again!

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. I will say the only thing the global luxury suites needs to do is update their appliances using super glue to hold together pots and pans is not a good idea when you’re cooking. All I can say is update your kitchen supplies.

Very expensive for what was offered. There was no cleaning service throughout the stay, and no one reached out for communication or support. There was also no reception available, which made it hard to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Good location with plenty of space

The building was nice and the apartment was perfectly spacious for our family of five. It was very convenient to Union Station and a reasonable walk to the main mall. We had a little trouble finding it at first. The hotel had emailed detailed instructions which are necessary and they had gotten lost in my inbox. The couple of blocks around the building had food, drinks, groceries, drugstore and drinks.

Granted we got there early, but at 400 pm check in time, our room wasn’t ready until like 440pm. And it’s not a typical check in you have to find there office in this building, that’s actually a condominium place that the company has a certain amount of rooms in the building that they rent out, things aren’t labeled the best. The representative that was onsite told us where the office was instead of stopping to talk to us, the lady in the office just called him. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this place
