We loved our stay at Golden Lotus Grand! Everything was perfect for our first stay in Da Nang - location was amazing with a close walk to restaurants and the beach, the staff were so friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Da Nang :)

The perfect stay

My stay was simply perfect. I was picked up from the airport, the driver was friendly and the car was nice. I ordered roomservice my first day, and the food was amazing. Breakfast was good and the service throughout the whole stay was very good. Had an issue in the bathroom, my last day which the crew resolved straight away with no problems. The room was big and nice, I got a bed upgrade as well. Next time I visit Da Nang, I will definitely stay at the Golden Lotus Grand.

We had a great stay and got the best service and assistance/guidance our entire stay. We where greeted and welcomed by Mrs Khahn and she always greeted us with a smile and showed honest concern at all times. A big thanks to the two male serving us at the rooftop bar every night. And a big thanks to the lady at breakfast buffet who always met us with a smile. Hotel has perfect location and everything is in walking distance. Can strongly recommend it, good value for money ❤️
