Henlopen was a decent enough place to stay in Rehoboth. The location was perfect and the staff was great. The hotel itself could use some renovations and definitely felt dated, but a good value for what you pay.

Very pleasant comfortable place with good value all around. Facility well maintained. Very clean. Great location at north end of town offers convenient parking and less crowd than a few blocks toward center of town. Direct access beach; no roads to cross. Can bike a quiet mile to Cape Henlopen State park.

Great stay!

Our room was clean and couldn’t beat the location. Our balcony was a partial ocean view and we booked a standard room. All rooms had a balcony which was nice. Check in was easy. Our room had a mini fridge and Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Parking was free. Right on the boardwalk and a direct walking path to the beach. It was a quiet and perfect spot for a two night trip. Would definitely stay again!

We loved being in the beach and boardwalk, but there was noise from other guests (kids running and screaming and parents yelling at them and a drunk guest banging on room door) that was not addressed by hotel staff.

Clean, friendly hotel. Fruit and coffee machine in the lobby are the best!! We used teh coffee Mac wine often. Overlooks the ocean- the 2d floor patio is fabulous!! Too bad it was so cold. Can walk onto the boardwalk from the back steps! Or the front is opposite a small park.
