We are a couple who had a four night vacation stay. The service was very pleasant. The hotel feels modern, nice and fresh and still stylish and warm. Room was very clean and housekeeping excellent. Happy the room had a coffee machine. Breakfast was very much to our need and taste. Location is perfect. Staying very central can cause some noice during night from outside (but no problem to us ) Inside it felt completely soundproof. Bed, duvet and pillow was ok, but not full score. We absolutely recommend this hotel!

Terrible Experience - Don't Trust the Good Reviews If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, just know that your "room view" might be staring at a freaking WALL for your entire stay. I'm so mad I wasted 3 days here. I picked this place because of all the good reviews I saw online. What a joke. I got stuck with a wall view room and it completely ruined my mood for 3 straight days. And when I tried to change rooms? The staff made it even worse with their terrible attitude and straight-up lies. The hotel condition sucks and the staff communication is absolutely terrible. There were plenty of other hotels around and I'm so angry I chose this one. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.
