We have stayed here 4 times and really enjoy the price, grounds, pools, kitchen facilities and diverse families having fun. Unfortunately we noticed that there were a lot of maintenance issues - shower rod loose, door latch loose, toilet leaking so noisily running off and on etc. Reported the toilet with no success. Sad because could be a very enjoyable place.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvements We stayed here for a few days while visiting Kelowna, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. Cleanliness was a major issue—the place did not feel properly cleaned, and it was hard to feel comfortable. To make things worse, both the bathtub and shower were broken (hot water temperature was burning hot). Until some serious maintenance and cleaning improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Had a very large suite with a separate bedroom and three beds and sofa bed as well. Kitchenette as well with a table, very spacious suite. A little dated, but nice. Outside very relaxing courtyard area with own patio table and very nice place to just sit and talk. Pool table and table tennis along with a nice pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient area.

Terrible rooms

The courtyard area was beautiful. It was well kept. The outside of the building were in disrepair. When I arrived, they didn't have the room I booked, so they "upgraded" me to a suite, but told me not to use the kitchenette sink because it was clogged. I think they try to keep it clean, but the room itself is on awful shape. I felt like I was going to pull the bathtub spout right out of the wall when I was turning on the shower. In the bedroom, there's a big section of the blinds missing, meaning anyone walking by can look right in. I'm very disappointed. I've spent less money Ona far nicer hotel. The pictures in the listing do not reflect what the rooms actually look like.

water in the Pool was green and the jacuzzi was almost brown. There was a mix with our two rooms and we ended up having rooms in separate buildings. employees were ok, but hotel is in a bad shape. did our room only once, the second day the lady arrived and we were in bed already.

Upon first arrival you see run down, boarded up buildings and the property entrance has potholes that would swallow a smart car. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms were quite large but no high marks for cleanliness elsewhere. We liked that there was no carpet. Our room was part of a lovely green space behind the office which partly made up for our first impressions. Air conditioner was noisy but at least there was one. If you are on a budget it’s an adequate accommodation

You get what you pay for, room is very old and outdated. We were not so lucky having our room smells like cigarette inside, they have the air wick plug but was empty, kettle is dirty, no blower and we have to ask for it. Floor is also not clean. Lamps does not work. I appreciate they tidy up our room though and providing new towels.

This place is definitely not worth the cost even at a 2 star rating. The tap in the bathroom dripped continuously. The toilet flushed every hour 24/7 and the TV never worked properly. I complained to the front desk at least 4 times but was never offered a different room or any form of compensation. Stay away!
