A wonderful rustic boutique hotel/homestay in a small rural village that is located close to the ruins of Bergama and Aigai. It is run by a family and we were hosted by the charming Sibel who speaks english, is an excellent cook and has a wealth of knowledge about the history of Turkey. If you want an authentic experience you must stay here.

Loved everything about our stay. Wonderful hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived late, 10pm and they were ready and waiting with the room ready to go. Once we settled in, they offered us tea and a home made dessert. This marked a perfect beginning to my father’s and my road trip!

We were very welcomed . Great hospitality. Our room was very spacious comfortable bed. Sitting area. Breakfast and dinners all nice home cooked meals. It has a nice courtyard with several sitting areas. Aldo the road to the place passing little villages ,passing wild horses and cows walking trough the village.

A hidden gem run by a mother-daughter team. We wished we had been able to stay 2 nights here. We stopped here on our way to the ruins of Pergamon (25 min drive away). The host served both dinner (lamb meatballs) and breakfast (homemade cheese) which featured all organic produce from her garden. Just delightful

It is set in a small village in the mountains. Very quiet and peaceful (the cows roam the streets). The hosts are very friendly and extremely good cooks. We had a beautiful 3 course dinner for a more than reasonable price. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A wander around the village in the morning was peaceful. If you want to drink alcohol you should byo. The room was cozy and there was plenty of seating areas in the garden.

Absolutely wonderful. It’s a 25 km drive from Bergama into the mountains and worth every minute. You will pass tiny farms, lots of tractors, 21st C wind turbines and gorgeous scenery. The welcome could not be warmer to this beautiful little country guesthouse, the brainchild of ex-Istanbulis Cybel and Osgur (forgive the spelling) and Osgur’s partner. Organic produce, professional level cooking and cosy room in a 500 year-old farmhouse. Relax and learn so much about Turkish culture. Vegan/GF friendly, super accommodating, we had a fantastic 2-day stay and would love to come again.

Glad we made the decision to try something a bit different. Having the freedom of a car we headed into the mountains and received a very friendly welcome. It’s very rustic, clean and Sabil showed us great hospitality and provided wonderfully breakfast and dinner and was keen for us to try all her homegrown and homemade produce. Sabil also spoke English so we had great conversation. It was rather sad to leave, felt we’d made a friend as we hugged and said our goodbyes.

Konum olarakta bir çok noktaya yakın ve şehir gürültüsünden uzak olmsı gibi avantajları saymakla bitmez.İyi bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Det var en fantastisk upplevelse att få bo i detta hotel, ca 500 år grekiska stenhus. Vår värdinna var fantastisk. Hon talade bra engelska och svarade tålmodigt på alla våra frågor. Vi åt en mycket välsmakande middag gjord på huvudsakligen egenodlade och egentillverkade ingredienser. Även den fina frukosten bestod i huvudsak av egenproducerade produkter. Vistelsen på detta hotell var en höjdpunkt på vår resa. Ett stort tack till vår värdinna!

Müthiş bir misafirperverlik.. İsmailli köyünde eski Rum evini işleten harika insanlar. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Huzur ve dinginlik arayanları kesinlikle gitmesi gereken bir işletme.
