Unfortunately, our experience at this Comfort Suites has not been a good one. We are only here for one night and were somehow double booked. So we didn't get the room we booked. There are 5 of us and we counted on using the pullout sofa bed but the metal bar is snapped so its unusable. The TV doesn't work and the floor is heavily stained. The lady at the front desk is super friendly. Not worth even half the money we paid for one night.

Very friendly staff. A very nice breakfast in a comfortable dining area. They have good scrambled eggs, and a meat side like sausage, country gravy and biscuits, or bacon. They rotate the meat side of the menu. And lots of sides, like bagels, waffles, and cereals. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Make sure you bring your phone charger. The lamps don't have USB terminals so you'll need a charger. So, all was good. Everything worked and everything was clean. Comfortable beds and huge flat screen television.

The pool was too chlorinated and the bar to hold to get into the pool is broken. The room had no towels, no hairdryer and no shampoo or body wash. The front desk staff seemed irritated when I asked for these things or asked for towels for the pool. Overall would not stay again. Not worth the money and the pictures don’t compare to reality.

Check in and check out were extremely quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Room was ready to enter. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better. Pull out couch had no bedding. Room was musky smelling. Ice machine on the floor was out of order with no notice. The staff was very nice and efficient when asked for anything. Overall good stay, but prep of room and room condition check could and should have been better.

Booked for the pool to find out upon arrival (after trying to call with not getting an answer) that the pool was closed for the weekend. We did not stay hear. We left and went somewhere else. The room was horribly dirty. There were stains on the sheets and a plastic bag over the smoke alarm. The room had been smoked in. The couch pullout bed was completely broken. When we pulled it out the bed fell through the frame of the bed on to the floor. Absolutely horrible!!!
