We stayed in Ellensburg recently, and the Holiday Inn Express was very clean, quiet, had a welcoming staff, and a terrific continental breakfast. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. Even though we didn't bring our pets, they were a pet friendly option with places to walk dogs.

I am pleased to write that I had a typical Holiday Inn Express experience in Ellensburg. The place looked fresh and new, check-in was quick and handled by a friendly and competent staff member, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a large assortment of tasty choices for breakfast in the morning.

Very gross

Our experience was so bad we canceled and paid for another hotel in the same town. It smelled terrible, natural gas smell at entrance and in rooms. Bathroom smelled of strong, sour mildew. I have never cancelled a hotel stay on the spot and have never tried a Holiday Inn before. Never will again.
