Perfect Hotel in Perfect Location!
What a stunning and charming historic hotel in the heart of Palo Alto. The staff is fantastic, the hotel decor and style is gorgeous and unique, the rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed and the roof-top lounge is a must for the view and a drink by the fire. Would 100% recommend. This hotel a total gem.

Such a unique and beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and the rooftop bar was a gem. This is my top pick for hotels in the Peninsula.

Such a great older hotel. Feels like you’re in Europe without the airfare, staff could not have been nicer and more attentive.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and helpful and the roof top bar was a big bonus. I wish we had more time up there. My only complaint was the mattress because it sagged a bit in the middle.

Rooms were small but very comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful , room service would be nice.
Note if you’re on the 6th floor there is music from the rooftop bar above until 10pm on the weekends ( good to know).
Overall good vibe and great location!

Nice property in great location and amazing water pressure in shower. Downsides were VERY loud service in alley starting at 5 am and no coffee in lobby.

Property was nice. Really unique with a good tie to Stanford. However, absolutely not worth the $800 / night I paid. Outrageous pricing for what you get.

Great location, easy check in and out. The room was cute and cozy and clean. Rooftop deck is a plus!
Love the location. Right in the heart of town and easy walking through the town and into Stanford. Quirky hotel and decor made for a unique stay. Without a gym and more amenities, the price feels a bit steep.

Don’t stay on the 6th floor unless you are deaf.
Stayed on 6th floor. Booming music playing in rooftop bar carried through the ceiling late into the night. Could not sleep.
