The hotel was very clean and super quiet. Breakfast was excellent! The selection and quality of the food was outstanding. Loved seeing locally sourced food. Hotel bikes were a huge bonus. Front desk staff were lovely, accommodating, and knowledgeable, especially Frida. We were so happy that our one night stay turned into THREE! The hotel is also conveniently located near Lilla Trog

Good service but otherwise a middle of the road hotel. Good location and walkable to key tourist attractions one might want to visit. The hotel has a problem with the sewage system that they need to get fixed quickly. It was horrible in our first room and still occasionally intrusive in the second room we were moved to.

Stayed many nights, cleanliness with room and cutlery is zero. If u want bedsheets cleaned, u have to remove the bedsheets yourself, the cleaners cannot use common sense in doing their job. Unclean cups, bags on floor are not removed.

Rigtig fint hotel, men alt for meget larm

Vi overnattede to nætter på Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House i Malmø og havde egentlig en rigtig fin oplevelse – lige fraset massiv støj fra den elevator, vi havde værelse lige ved siden af. Hotellet ligger helt centralt i byen, få minutters gang fra gågaden. Der er mulighed for parkering tæt på, men det er i den dyre end. Selve opholdet kostede cirka 2.000 kroner for to nætter – en helt rimelig pris for et hotel med så god beliggenhed. Værelset var pænt og rent, om end lidt småt. Sengen var god – tilpas blød uden at være for blød – og vi sov egentlig godt. Eller, det ville vi have gjort, hvis ikke værelset lå lige op ad elevatoren. Der var konstant støj, og det trak virkelig ned. Vi havde booket i god tid og betalt fuld pris, så det var ærgerligt at ende med et værelse med så meget larm. Det ødelagde noget af den ellers gode oplevelse. Morgenmaden var et højdepunkt: stor og varieret buffet med både lokale og internationale retter. Der blev løbende fyldt op, og det hele virkede friskt. Der var desuden mulighed for at lave sine egne vafler, det var genialt :-) Personalet var næsten lidt for effektive – vi fik flere gange fjernet vores mad og drikke, mens vi var oppe efter mere. Det virker lidt som madspild. Personalet generelt var venlige og hjælpsomme, og det var nemt at tjekke ind. Jeg ville virkelig gerne give hotellet fire stjerner, for på mange måder var det tæt på perfekt. Men støjen fra elevatoren trækker så meget ned, at det desværre kun bliver til tre.

Virkelig venligt og imødekommende personale, godt udvalg til morgenmad. Der var lydt på værelset, kunne høre overbo og nabo. Det var en ærgerlig del af opholdet. Shampoo/ conditioner beholder løb desværre tør under ophold, den var ikke fyldt . Udmærket indrettet værelse, gode senge. Desværre havde værelset udsigt ud til andre lejligheder/ baggård, vi kunne se og høre ventilation fra køkken og lugt derfra, når vinduet var åbent. Havde booket superior værelset og havde håbet på lidt mere ro omkring os.
