The customer service was amazing — every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is in a perfect location, with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and transportation. It was incredibly convenient to explore the area and still have a peaceful, relaxing place to come back to. My daughters truly enjoyed the stay, and we all felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the property. Its is well maintained and located within am easy walk to restaurants and shipping. We had no issues parking our large SUV on the street with metered parking. We recommend using the parking app. Breakfast delivered to our room and was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay again. Sadly, the sea was black and full of sargazo but that didn't affect our visit and is of no fault of hotel. Pool was lovely.
