This was our first trip to Hampton Beach. My wife and I were truly pleased with the hotel’s friendly staff. Our room accommodations and view were so lovely. The area is relaxing with great food options. We will definitely be back for another long weekend.

Best choice on strip

Great location just at top of strip which is less than desirable. Too bad it’s kinda cheesy . Wish they had better shops and better food. I will say the strip is clean and plenty of police doing laps. Hotel was best choice for us. Large rooms and clean. Balcony nice and couldn’t beat the view. Would stay again. Pool area could use some Palm trees ! Overall a good stop on our travels.

Overall nice weather our room had an ocean view, but was quite small . I think the even numbers are smaller than the odd numbers. The staff was helpful, especially Gerry at service desk . The staff checking in , cleaning, and restaurant were all very good to excellent!!! The 2 minus of our stay; the restaurant is no longer open. It’s now a banquet center. The disco Café restaurant is a very limited menu compared to what it was couple years ago very disappointing on that end.:( The other was it is posted 12 midnight to 7 AM is supposed to be quiet time and the idiots in the room next to us were partying both nights until the wee hours

Not worth the pricetag

Prime location across the street from the beach so paying higher rate is expected but it's not worth the pricetag - condition of the building is rundown, no running water in the restroom off the lobby, room not cleaned properly with empty drink cups on the balcony and bobby pins on the bathroom counter so you know that wasn't wiped, no noise cancelling efforts so room was very loud with traffic and voices outside, horrible bed, no in room phone to easily call front desk, no in room directory with local information, photos online are misleading making it look nicer than it is. Don't recommend for families - really just good as a place to crash after the beach for the partying crowd.
