A delightful experience

We had a fabulous experience at this boutique lodge. The accommodations were excellent and the entire facility was stylish and comfortable. The service was also impeccable. We met the family owners who were delightful. It was obvious how much love and effort they have put into creating such a wonderful place. We plan on coming back some day.

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!

Beautiful place!

We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks. It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.

The interior is beautiful and bright. The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline.
