This hotel is a gem and I wished my family and I had more than 5 days to stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful (ours had a patio pool and double showers in the bathrooms), the spa facilities are really worth mentioning (any guest can use them regardless of whether you are getting treatments or not), and food was delicious. There are plenty of bikes to use on the property so we loved cycling between our rooms and the beachfront pool and restaurants. It was truly relaxing and I can’t wait to go back.

The property is beautiful and staff and very kind. There is tons of nature and creatures around. What they don’t tell you until you arrive- is that every time you order room service there is a 20 USD charge. That means if you order room service 2-3 x a day for 1 week, you are looking at 140-210 USD at a resort claiming to be all-inclusive. The room service menu is very limited as well.

This resort is beautiful! It’s set in the Jungle! Peaceful and quiet! Food was good, presentation was amazing! Pure white sandy beaches! Lots of room at the main pool and having a poolside bar was wonderful! Mango Margaritas were my favourite! The staff on the whole resort are so friendly! Couple shout outs to Dayana the entertainment director and Jose my butler! I had a wonderful relaxing 80 minute massage at the Spa! Thank you Blue Diamond Resort for a memorable experience!

Had a wonderful week here. The staff, the food, the beautiful grounds…everything was lovely. The buildings are weathered some by the humidity and hurricanes, but kept impeccably clean. Every need we had was tended to quickly and graciously. We will definitely return!

The beach is 1 mile away, they only have three restaurants that are not open all the time. They dont have a good variety of food. You need to get dropped off and picked up anywhere you go. I booked a room with tub outside that we couldnt use becauee they said the service was not available. I cancelled my stay and still got fully charged for it. I am suing expedia and the hotel

Quiet luxury. As a solo female traveler I was so happy to finally find the perfect resort. It is small, quiet and has a lovely understated atmosphere. The staff is the best I’ve encountered in any of the resorts in Mexico. I celebrated my birthday while there and the staff went out of their way to make me feel special and loved. I’ll be returning and telling everyone about my favorite new place. Thanks to all the lovely people I met along the way and made my stay memorable and incredible.
