The property is majestic, lake in front, rooms with views of the lake and the rocky mountainside the dining room also looks at the lake, it's very calm... The pool and jacuzzi are located on a separate structure all indoors very cozy and with a nice architecture

Clean safe property but a little out of the way. Definitely recommend having a car if staying here. Staff were super helpful. Interior rooms were great but exterior could use some TLC. No chairs to sit outside in and you have to pay to walk in front of hotel which seemed odd.

A nice hotel with spectacular grounds. Staff were attentive and the shower had great pressure. Not a new hotel but served us well . Food in the restaurant was good and served promptly. Only a five minute drive from Volcan or Cerro Punta where the views are unparalleled.

The staff is lovely! The grounds are lovely! We booked an extra night upon check in, and they upgraded us to a fabulous king suite, with one of the best beds we've ever had! The food was mediocre, the internet was poor, but that seems to be common in many Panama hotels. We loved it and highly recommend thia hotel!

The property from the road looks pretty but the rooms are very basic and dated not to mention the road traffic makes it impossible to sleep. Even with the doors close the semi trucks are so loud. There is no air conditioning or even a ceiling fan, so you will cook with the door closed. Very uncomfortable stay. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!
