Hotels.com did not have my reservación loader in my app, got no confirmation message and when I called they didn’t have it listed either. I couldn’t cancel even by calling the hotel directly. Very disappointed.

Just ok

Room was fine. Barely ok enough for a weekend stay where you just need a place to sleep. Considering the bedside table was a wall-mounted slab, there sure was a lot of dust under it. Bed for two, by putting two smaller beds beside each other, no rubber padding on the feet so they kept separating making you wake up at night from almost falling in between the beds. Bathroom was okay, clean. Keep in mind that the bathroom has a sliding door with no lock... Our room was for 4 people, basically two rooms separated with a door, and the second room had no window, there was no ac either so that room ended up being a bit hot. Both rooms share the one bathroom. TLDR: it’s ok, but nothing more than that. Very bare-bones. Nothing i want to compliment about the room. Staff in reception were nice.

Thank you for the great hospitality. We had a single room booked with no windows for 1 adult, 2 kids. The receptionist offered us a double room with windows instead which was very nice of them. Breakfast is good, with great variety. The location is really good, literally 5 mins walk from the train. The only thing was that it was not very clear that the hotel was inside the other hotel just on a separate floor, so I struggled to find it, specifically because it was 8.30pm and dark outside. Overall, we were satisfied with everything and happy with the was we were treated. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely come back when visiting Stockholm next time.

Caution is advisable!

The hotel was hard to find and the entrance was sketchy. A sin could be helpful.The room was so warm it was unbearable, despite the loud fan provided. The room had only a shared bathroom and toilet, despite the information that a private bathroom and toilet was included in the type of room we booked. I even took a print-screen of how the room was described. The staff were not helpful and referred to the booking confirmation email where it states that everything about the room should be confirmed with the hotel. The shared bathrooms were just ok in terms of cleanliness and accessibility. The breakfeast and the lobby was ok. I do not consider this to be a hotel and I think they should adjust their prices accordingly. I'll never stay here again and I'll warn people about this "hotel".

Rummet var mycket billigt, sÄ kan vÀl inte stÀlla allt för höga krav, men ÀndÄ anser jag att möblerna och lamporna bör vara hela (4 st ribbor hade nÀstan lossnat frÄn ena sÀngen med utstickande spikar som följd och den andra sÀngens lampa fungerade inte). Det fanns MYCKET damm och till och med nÄgon godisbit kvar under sÀngarna vid ankomst vilket jag tycker Àr lite dÄligt. Rummet var dessutom fruktansvÀrt varmt, vilket ej gick att reglera pga avsaknaden av fönster.
