Older historic hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Also very convenient to Nauvoo historic site.

Awesome historic hotel

Check in was super fast and because we were there in the off season, they upgraded our room for free. Great location, beautiful hotel, awesome experience.
Emily, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

We thought we were booking for the Nauvoo Temple House. We were put in the basement of Zions Mercantile. We had to check in at still a different place. It was inconvenient.
Sue, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Nice place. Old world charm.
Gordon, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The temple Hotel Nauvoo was so pretty. I loved it and enjoyed staying there. We were on the 3rd floor. No elevator, but we survived. We got excercise going up and down the stairs. I felt like i had walked back into time. The furniture was similar to the style of the 1800s
Our room had a king sized bed. Two windows, (one on the bedroom the other in the bathroom. pictures of Nauvoo, a chair and table. There was a microwave and mini fridge and hangers to hang clothes
This is the door to our room.
Bonni, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The place to stay in Nauvoo
Gregory, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Close to old town Nauvoo was the only perk. We were told we were staying at one property and found out we were at another, which had a BBQ restaurant below it. The smell was extremely strong, we hiked up 3 floors to our room. Only a few options for eating in the whole town, one of which was the gas station.
Brian, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This is a historic building that has been updated with a few things. The decoration is period furniture that I loved. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the stairs are quite steep. Short walking distance to the Nauvoo temple.
Alan, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Liked just about everything!! Especially like interaction with Brian Christianson, the owner. Would have liked more light in the bathroom, around the mirror.
Paul, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Nice (rooms in the Mercantile building)

Modern rooms above the Mercantile shop are SO much better that ones in the "historical" building.
Eric, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

This is a great historical building. It was a little tough for older people because of no lift.
Collin, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Historic place that was so comfortable.

So fun to stay in an historic building. It was so quaint. It was very clean and the most comfortable king size bed. It was great! Location was perfect, in the middle of everything!
Edward, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

A great place to stay!
Amy, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

History and surroundings are fascinating! The property is beautiful and clean. However, the floor in our room slopes significantly as do the stairs.
Chad, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The is the closest hotel to the Nauvoo Temple. Our room had a balcony with a view of the temple. The room was clean and nice with good housekeeping services. The check in process was a little rough as you have to go to the Inn at Old Nauvoo to check in. Also, if you need ice, a blanket, or to use the pool it’s all at the Inn at Old Nauvoo. Overall it was great!
Que, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

We loved the location and the old vintage vibe!
Dottie, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Wonderful location!
