First yime Visit was Amazing

AKA Horel was an amazing experience with a beauty property that was meticulously cleaned to the warm and kind staff.I especially want to mention the two Michaels. One the front desk Michael that greetef us to a room upgrade and a cool margarita upon our check in. The other Michael drove us around town in this cute electric car. No uber needed. Needless to say we will be back !!

The housekeeper lied about our Do Not Disturb sign being placed on door therefore the room was not cleaned nor towels changed. Completely untrue. But, after speaking with management at least towels were brought to our room.

Great property and stay! Everything was super clean and the front desk staff were lovely! They were very accommodating and friendly. Location is great and good proximity to dining options - they have complimentary shuttles and bikes that you can take out to ride to the beach which is just a short 8-10 min ride! Beautiful hotel in West Palm Beach! Every corner is spotless and it even smells good everywhere! The room was spacious, had a beautiful view and was everything we needed. All the people we met at the front desk were very kind and helpful and complimented us with waterbottles at check-in/out. The valet guy was also sweet. The hotel has an «adult» vibe, but our kids (11 and 14) still enjoyed it. The pool area is super nice and feels luxurious.
