Amazing Place in Ito!

Amazing hotel in Ito - well decorated and great pool view from the lobby, spotless and comfy room with good onsen experience! The Kaiseki and breakfast was fabulous too!

とても居心地が良い

温泉露天風呂付きのツインルームに２泊。客室が広く、風呂、トイレ、洗面所共にゆったりしたスペース。洗面所には流しが２つありそれぞれに大きな鏡がついていて良かった。清掃が行き届いていて客室だけでなく館内も清潔感がある。食事は、夕食に関して言えば料理のレベルにばらつき？があるような印象を受けた。２泊目は非常に美味しかったが、最初の晩は料金からしたら、イマイチだった。モーニングビュッフェは種類が豊富でどれも美味しかった。伊豆ならではのニューサマーオレンジのババロア、金目鯛の味噌汁など特色あるモノがハ日替わりで並んでいて飽きない。特筆すべきはどのスタッフも非常に感じが良い。5つ星ホテルの高度にプロフェッショナルな接客態度とはまた違う、心からもてなしたい、客に心地良さを提供したいというハートが伝わってくる笑顔が気持ち良かった。さらにスタッフ全員がこの思いを共有しているように見えたのが素晴らしい。
