Stay

Great experience! Nice motel for a night or two. Clean, comfy, eady to find, easy access to interstate and nice people!

I'd stay away. Poor location, very run down, and dirty overall. We couldn't wait to get out and didn't feel safe at all.

Awful hotel

The pictures on the hotel.com are not what you get when you arrive. I left as soon as I walk in. Moldy and smelling sheets are dirty smells like weed.

Nothing. It was a sketchy part of town. Expedia said they offered breakfast. When I checked in, they said, no breakfast. The lobby, the rooms, everything smelled like cigarette smoke.
Elizabeth, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was okay. The fixtures, curtains, and linens were shabby but the room appeared to be clean. The most concerning part was the absence of many other vehicles or lodgers and also all of the broken glass, empty tiny liquor bottles, and trash in the parking lot by our entrance. It was spooky.

Did not even get the chance to stay cause their rooms were sold out but hotels.com still sold us a room anyway. Thanks for the inconvenience.

This place is nothing like the pictures online. The pool looked like it hasn’t been used in years. We found all kinds of different things in our hotel room. The rooms were not clean and our door wouldn’t lock.

Don't bring your family to stay here, not a place you want your kids to be at. The property is unsafe, I saw two prostitute getting pick up and the doors don't close. There's holes on the walls and broken windows. The property looks like sex trafficking goes on there.

Trash and dirty diapers in drained pool, no outside door access, no lobby restrooms. Nightmare hotel, had to get another hotel and hotels.com don’t want to refund us for not staying

Pool is filled with algae. Rooms are boarded up courtyard grass is super high and their acclaimed hot breakfast is cold cereal and a pancake maker. Says nonsmoking but property reeks of smoke and marijuana and the housekeepers are super rude and they start calling room and hour before checkout repeatedly to remind u of checkout time. Never again will we stay there.

After checking in and driving around to my room, kept driving back around and told desk clerk I absolutely could not stay here. Vagrants wandering, torn up parking lot, truck stop next door, bus station across the street. Desk clerk offered to let me park my car up front near door “for safety” but I absolutely did not feel safe leaving my car here, much less staying here!

This hotel had a broken sign strung out in the parking lot. The pool was not working. It was hot in the hallways and smelled bad and there was Marijuana growing in the grass. It was a horrible stay, im surprised we didn't end up with scabies!

Worst experience ever no water pressure coffee maker didn't work checked out early and moved washed hands in shower mentioned everything on check out girl said rooms are checked everyday someone is not doing they're job

We were told at front desk that it was not a safe area. Vehicle break ins happen there routinely. The room was filthy. The toilet had hairs all over it. the bedding and pillow cases had make up and stains on them. Mold on wall near A/C unit. It was so dirty in the room.

Landscaping over grown amd full of garbage inside was nasty room was nasty pool had grass growed up around but was todl it was accessible before booking overall i wouldnt stay there on a dare. Immediately asked for refund manager refused until expedia got involved

Rudeness

When I went to check-in, I was told that none of the doors was working on either side and being placed in the back of the hotel, had to walk all the way to the front to get service. Then the night manager at the moment was very rude with his responses

8/10 Very good

Will stay again

Fantastic front desk staff. Hotel is under renovations at the moment. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows, rare to find even now days.Only complaints would be that the room was VERY humid as not even the fan was running in the room. The A/C works wonderfully and cooled the room w/in an hour. The other complain is that the bathroom was very small, at least in the room we stayed in. I am 5’9” and it was difficult for me to each the shower head to adjust, had to get up on my toes. My daughter is 5’3” definitely needed help to avoid her standing on the side of the tub.The wall outlook was charred on the bottom plug which would mean that someone may have placed something metal into the outlet or something else happened. Overall I would stay here again.

Not a place I expect to be in business much longer

I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff were extremely nice. But the condition of this hotel was absolutely horrendous. It reminded me of what a transition house that homeless people would live in while on government assistance. More than once I was reminded of the Stephen King movie the Shining while I walked through the very long hallway to my room. What was extraordinary is that during my 3 day stay, I never seen more than 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot and the hotel must of had 80 plus rooms. Honestly, the hotel looked like it was in foreclosure. But if you enjoy the smell of cigarettes, Marijuana and malt liquor, then this is the place for you. Again, the staff were extremely friendly, but it was obvious that it was in an effort to make up for the utter disaster of a hotel that it was.
