The hotel overall is in very good condition, public spaces and reception were immaculate. Our room was on the 16th floor overlooking the river, amazing views. The room was excellent, very spacious, a huge bed which was really comfy. The espresso machine and bathrobes also made it a very comfortable experience. Parking at Jamaica Street is literally a few minutes walk away and there is a 40% discount available from the hotel (you need to pre-book on the QPark website using the code on your welcome email).
