Four days in Pereira
I was a solo traveler. I felt very safe. I could NOT use the room safe as it needed the battery's changed. I spoke with the front desk. Nothing was done about it. I found the staff behind the counter not so helpful. The cleaning staff was fantastic. The women serving breakfast were wonderful. The doorknob to the bathroom fell off. I thought if they couldn't fix the safe why ask about the doorknob.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, pero para los servicios que presta por el precio que se paga no están acordes. El desayuno todos los días es huevo con arepa, no hay artículos básicos en los baños, hay nevera en las habitaciones pero no funciona. El parqueadero es terriblemente pequeño y la entrada y la salida es complicada por que es en rampa y tiene curva un carro pequeño tiene que tomar impulso para salir. Seria una buena opción si tuviese un costo menor el alojamiento.
