This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

Terrível, ao redor do hotel é uma cracolândia! O quarto é sujo... se ficar aqui aconselho nem olhar embaixo da cama, tinham muitas traças no quarto, os lençóis rasgados e sujos. As paredes cheias de buracos. O elevador quebrou estava no 9 andar tive que descer com as malas de escada, tomei café e passei mal. Usando a escada de emergência vi coisas absurdas, nem sei como o corpo de bombeiros aprovou esse hotel operar. Enfim muitos anos atrás de ter sido bom, só realmente não sei quando, porque hoje é muito precário, nem consigo expressar o quanto. Os funcionários tentam resolver os problemas, mas fiquei com dó porque realmente é impossível.

Quarto descrevia cama de casal, mas na vdd deixaram 2 camas se solteiro unidas. Pra quem é mto alto ou casais fica desconfortável. Lençóis e quarto limpos mas já com decoração datada. Estive hospedada no Continental, ao chegar na recepção tinha espera para ser atendido! Recepção sem ar condicionado, recepcionistas utilizando ventiladores. Comentando que queriam ir embora. Frigobar não funcionava, fomos trocadas de quarto e no novo quarto ligou mas não gelava! Tampa do vaso quebrada. Não recomendo e não volto mais lá!
