The staff was very kind and the location was very central to all the areas we wanted to go to. The hotel was beautiful. We also booked massages and it was fantastic. The room was a bit cramped (king standard) and there were plumbing issues but overall it was a satisfactory stay and we enjoyed it. Also the bartender made great drinks!

Hotel is very nice, especialy decor is beautiful. Many of the stuff were really nice, but there was some variation between stuff. I have glutenfree diet and options were really limited. There was only omelet what I could eat. So, if you are glutenfree I recommend to eat breakfast nearby restaurants.

The hotel was beautiful and definitely romantic. However, the noise level was quite high. If noise doesn’t bother you, then this hotel may be a good choice for you. The room was small, but this is common in Colombia. It had easy access to food, restaurants, and shopping, and the nightlife was also easily accessible.
